History

Moon River Rituals is the love child of a lifetime fascination with ritual, ceremony, and romance. I officially established the business in 2012, though I had performed individual, community, and season ceremonies, as well as funerals and memorials, for many years.

Specialties

For eight years, I've guided engaged couples through their wedding ceremony, a rite of passage that adds a branch to their family trees. Now, I've serving couples and other wedding officiants worldwide through Ritual Recipes, a podcast that celebrates the cycles of nature and the milestones of life, one ritual at a time. The wedding rituals I create are for couples seeking a ceremony best described as spiritual, not religious. Because I'm also a romance novelist, I write the couple's love story and make it a meaningful prelude to the vows. For couples looking for something different in their ceremony, I create unique wedding rituals and ceremony items: elegant handfasting cords, oathing stones, wedding wish jars, a nesting pair of stone owls, and much more, each designed to become an heirloom.
