Melissa K. Goldstein

John Strugar, MD, is a neurosurgeon who says he was drawn to medicine because he wanted to help people in a meaningful way. Spinal stenosis, disc herniations, deformities, tumors, fractures, and degenerative diseases are some of the conditions Dr. Strugar treats with surgery and in nonsurgical ways.

Dr. Gospin’s research background includes performing glucose clamp studies to better understand the mechanisms of hypoglycemia-associated autonomic failure (HAAF) in patients with diabetes. She enjoys working with residents and medical students.

Aneesha Vinayek is a board-certified physician assistant who specializes in endocrinology with an interest in diabetes, obesity, and other metabolic conditions. She works with patients in the Medical Weight Loss and Cardio metabolic Programs. She loves helping patients understand disease management and ways to improve their lifestyle and overall health. She earned her Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) University in Boston. Her clinical background includes training in internal medicine, emergency medicine, women’s health, surgery, and cardiology in the New York City, Boston, and Stamford areas.
