MeadowBrook of Granby offers short-term rehabilitation, skilled long-term care, and respite and hospice care services. Located in Granby, Conn., the center is a part of Athena Health Care Systems. We feel very lucky that our father is getting rehab care (PT and OT) at Meadowbrook. The staff are attentive and considerate and have kept him focused on getting better so that he can return home.
