An affiliate of Masonicare, Connecticut VNA is a nonprofit Medicare-certified provider of home health and hospice care services for clients throughout Connecticut. It operates several patient service offices and employs more than 1,500 employees. The agency offer skilled nursing care services for people who suffer from acute and chronic illnesses.
