My appointment was for the Branford location. I arrived on time as I always do because punctuality matters. I was taken right away to a room where to wait for the ARPN. I waited. And waited....

once you can get an appointment it's fine. But don't bother trying to call the Branford office. You either have a long long wait time or they say they're closed when it's the middle of the day....
