I am the least flexible model of human. I've dreamed of having the flexibility of a yogi, ballerina or gymnast for as long as I can remember, but I've never been willing to really work for it....

Every time I leave a session I feel leaner, energized and less compact. Since we are in the mode of Selfcare, this should be added to your list ASAP.

If you are stiff from living or twisting and turning your body during sports activities, LYMBR has answers for you! Give it at least 3 sessions before you evaluate their approach.

As I've grown older my flexibility has diminished ...especially my upper torso which is very rigid... Stretching regularly with Lymbr has greatly reduced my sore stiff feelings when I wake up as...
