MicroCare Corporation is a privately-held corporation based in New Britain, Connecticut, USA, about 100 miles/150 km northeast of New York City. Jones & Co., Inc Similarly, Mr. Clapp operated Creative Products, Inc, a New Haven-based aerosol company that fills private-label aerosols for the food industry. From time to time, Creative Products purchased products from R. M. Jones & Co. During the normal process of sales and support, Mr. Jones and Mr. Clapp discovered that each firm could help the other develop a new line of aerosols sprays for cleaning electronics. Mr. Clapp would provide the aerosol filling expertise ; Mr. Jones would manage the sales, and between the two experts the proposed company, MicroCare, would flourish.
