KC McAuliffe is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive, primary care to individuals of all ages. With a strong focus on preventative care, chronic disease management, and meeting patients where they are in their healthcare journey, KC strives to empower her patients to take an active role in their health. She earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Columbia University School of Nursing and has gained experience caring for diverse patient populations across New York and Connecticut. Known for her compassionate approach, KC builds lasting relationships with her patients and works collaboratively to address both their immediate and long-term health needs. In her spare time, KC enjoys relaxing at the beach.
