Definitely don't try to order a pepperoni and salami sandwich. My sandwich had 4 thin slices of each meat. I asked for more, added 4 more thin slices of pepperoni and they attempted to charge me...

Got a tuna sub and a turkey sub. While the turkey was ok, the tuna sub was horrible. It tasted like someone dumped a cup of black pepper into the one sub. It was inedible. We won't be going back.

The customer service is not that great And they have a very very very very big problem not changing there gloves they will pack a sub and go right back and make another sub with the same gloves...

At Jersey Mike's you get the quality without the incompetence of DiBella's, or the fake bread and old meat of Subway. In Hamden, there is ONLY one sub place worth eating at, and that's Jersey...

how hard is it to follow an online order slip? every single time we order online, you get it wrong!! and not wrong by a little but severely wrong. I wish I could rate it 0 stars
