I love their clothes and you can get 60% off on the sale racks.. just buy in advance for next season. Had excellent help here with exchanges in the store. And no snobbiness!

The online service was not helpful. I called the customer service too were not helpful. That was bad enough but the service person was rude. The merchandise is not cheap and I expect better...
