The James Merrill House, a National Historic Landmark located in Stonington, Connecticut, is a late Victorian building significant for its long association with the acclaimed American poet James Ingram Merrill. After purchasing the property in 1956, Merrill bequeathed it to the Stonington Village Improvement Association upon his death in 1995.
