Needs serious upgrades and maintenance. It was very clean, service was friendly but needs painting, weeding, etc. it's on the outskirts of Mystic so you need to drive for nearly everything.

The Inn at Mystic is luxury inn situated on a 15-acre hillside location overlooking Mystic Harbor and Long Island Sound of New York. The Mystic Marine life Aquarium, Shopping, Nature Center and beaches are located within walking distance of the Inn at Mystic. It also offers a variety of accommodations in its Deluxe Motor Inn, East Wing, Gatehouse and Mansion rooms. Many rooms have ocean views, wood burning fireplaces and whirlpools. The Flood Tide restaurant is a full service restaurant located on the Inn grounds. Full menus are available online for the lounge and dining room. The Inn at Mystic's new exhibition kitchen features a wood fired oven, grill and rotisserie.

Musty smell in room, noise from guests walking up stairs, noise from rooms above, no refrigerator in room, no view from window. Very over priced and will not stay at this hotel again.

Never went back, and never will. Place was filthy. Steak was so undercooked for a medium that it was sent back twice!
