IMX Pilates & Fitness Shoreline

History

IM=X Pilates is a franchise business. The franchise on the Connecticut shoreline was established in April of 2009 in Clinton, Connecticut. The business was first opened and operated by the then owners of Shoreline Health and Fitness. Approximately one year later Danelle Rich, one of the members of the IM=X studio, decided to open up an IM=X studio of her own in Guilford, Connecticut. The then owners of the Clinton studio approached Danelle about purchasing their franchise. Danelle purchased the Clinton IM=X studio in the spring of 2010. When the Guilford studio officially opened for business in August of 2010, Danelle shut down the Clinton studio and moved all the members to the Guilford facility. A year and a half later, Danelle sold the studio to Audra Chmiel. Audra was a member of Danelle's IM=X studio as well as a previous trainer from the Clinton studio. Audra brings a wealth of experience as well as a strong personal belief in the power of the IM=X Pilates workout.

IM=X Pilates is boutique fitness facility that specializes in Pilates, Spin, Yoga, TRX, BootCamp, Ballet Barre classes & more. Our maximum class size is 10-12 people, so our trainers are able to closely monitor form and give you the best experience possible. We also offer private training for those clients who prefer to have direct one-on-one training. First class is FREE!
