Welcome to HOT PHIIT, a dedicated HOT HIIT studio in Darien, CT. We offer a variety of Hot HIIT classes heated with Far Infrared technology. Hot HIIT is a beat-based training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), muscle toning and cardio. Classes are taught in a room heated to approximately 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
