Hop Haus - Plainville

History

Hop Haus is a casual, upbeat craft eatery featuring a full menu with farm to fork food, unique craft beer & hand-crafted cocktails. Hop Haus opened in February 2013 as a craft beer bar in downtown Plantsville in Southington. After several years we went through an extensive remodeling- adding a beautiful stone beer garden, and expanding our kitchen to accommodate a focus on farm to fork food & specialty cocktails. In April of 2021, Hop Haus expanded into its second location in Plainville at 24 Whiting Street. Plainville's location offers a 6200 square foot casual craft eatery & taproom hosting 120 seats inside, along with a beautiful 40 seat patio and a Banquet Room for private events.

Hop Haus is a local gastropub featuring a farm to fork menu, specialty cocktails & hard to find local craft brews! Plainville is our second location, our first being in Plantsville (Southington).
