Southern Connecticut Hebrew Academy is a community educational institution that enrolls students in preschool through grade eight. King & Low-Heywood Thomas School has lower, middle and upper class divisions. The school offers classes in English, math and science, biology and physiology. King & Low-Heywood Thomas School has a fine art department offering a variety of classes using 2-D and 3-D techniques, including drawing, painting and sculpture. Its performing art department offers various courses, including beginning, intermediate and advanced theater; play and dance production; and stagecraft.
