These guys do a fabulous job! A Passat I had came with an idiot magnet on the back bumper, or so I assumed by the way I was rear-ended twice in two months. Anyway they did a spectacular job...

Very poor customer experience when I brought my car in. They did not return messages, (in one case they would not take a message - told me to call back), office appearance was very disorganized...

Heritage worked to get my truck in and kept in touch every step of the way. The result was fantastic! My truck looks better than when I bought it. They really turned a bad time to a good experience.
