Heather Carey, MS

History

She received her Masters of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and her Chef Certification from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in New York City, and has been specializing in vegetarian and healthy cooking for the past twenty years. Heather has extensive experience working as a nutritionist, cooking instructor and private chef. She also has her certification in Adult Weight Management from the American Dietetic Association as well as certification in Food as Medicine from the Mind Body Institute.
