Repair was so fast and efficient and well priced ! Brought over 7 pairs for heels, soles and stitching repair and it was done in 45 minutes !

Very rude and expensive. ($15 for lifts on heels is not cheap). Cheaper in NYC! Only thing they have going is that they are quick. But they are VERY nasty.

Terrible - while my wife was asking on the phone if I wanted to do the repair, he took the shoes and started to take the soles off. I did not want to do it there because I like full sole...

These guys are great. Very prompt, reasonably priced, and courteous service. It's always been that way in the 10+ years I've been coming here. Super convenient that they are in the mall....
