We live out our care philosophy of treating each patient as an individual by paying careful attention to each person’s unique needs. Inpatient complex medical care and rehabilitation are offered at Gaylord Hospital in Wallingford. Outpatient rehabilitation is available on our Wallingford campus and at our Gaylord Physical Therapy Orthopedics & Sports Medicine practices located in North Haven and Cheshire.
