Offering Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai & Combat Hapkido. Offering Kickboxing (http://www.iLoveKickboxing.com) and Kettlebells. Yoga is also offered. Children's programs are offered for ages 4 and older. Classes are broken into 3 age groups: 4-6, 7-9 and 10-14.

East Lyme High School is a state Blue Ribbon award school located in East Lyme, Conn. The school offers educational instruction to students in grades nine through 12. It has an enrollment of more than 1,200 students and is a part of the East Lyme Public School District. The school provides advanced placement classes in biology, chemistry, physics, environmental science, United States history, psychology, world history, English, calculus, computer science, French, Spanish, music composition and studio art. The school participates in partnership programs with the University of Connecticut, Connecticut College and Three Rivers Community College. It also provides opportunity to students to take virtual courses through the virtual high school program. The school s counseling department serves the students need to achieve academic potential by offering program management activities and individual and college planning. Its library offers books, magazines, online computer resources, computers and audiovisual equipment for class projects. It has athletic teams in baseball, basketball, cheerleading, cross country, field hockey, football, golf, soccer, softball and volleyball.
