History

For over 10 years Stephanie has been a Registered Nurse and Advocate for Health and Wellness of the Whole Individual. In 2013 she began offering Reiki sessions in conjunction with Wellness and Nutrition coaching to better serve those struggling with physical, spiritual and mental unrest related to busy lives, many responsibilities, desires for further self awareness and a myriad of other issues that hold people back from living a purposeful and satisfying life. In 2015 she relocated back to CT and is now offering these same services based in the Northeast. She sees clients privately and in groups, and she will do Wellness events for businesses. She will gladly work with you create a customized experience for your group or business. These events are meant to deepen self awareness and connection to life's purpose so you and members of your team can be fully present and creative, for improved productivity in work and in life.

She works wholeheartedly to give you the information and motivation you're searching for to make your emotional state or chronic illness more manageable. By using gentle, alternative therapeutic approaches to balance stress or grief, she aids a diverse client base with emotional, physical, mental and spiritual dilemmas that hold them back from creating the life they yearn to be living. Your innate ability to heal yourself lies within you, and together with Steph you can uncover that ability so you can go forward living and feeling better. Holistic-focused Registered Nurse,Reiki Master offering guidance for Spirit/Body/Mind balance. Private Individual Reiki sessions, Reiki Circles for Groups, Private and Group Meditations, Corporate Team Building for Improved Productivity, Ceremonies and Rituals such as Weddings, Blessings, and Sagings of properties, work sites and stale spaces. Customize your personal session or group event to create the shifts and successes you seek. Steph will also do home visits or business events, and is willing to travel.
