I guess I'll get my criticism out of the way first: I'm not entirely sure how this Brooks Brothers belongs in an outlet mall. I mean, it doesn't really strike me as any different than the Brooks...

The Brooks Brothers outlet is really great. Service was good. They were respectful and I felt welcome. They have a large selection. This store is at the outlets. There's a lot of parking.

The policy of not taking credit card orders over the phone is ridiculous. I stopped in and tried to by three suits, two were not available in my size so they were ordered and sent to my house....
