How about if you set up a rental for 12 PM you're actually opening at 12 PM when you get there and pick up your car ? No way sure the website will allow you to book a rental when you're closed....

Don't ever use this location. The staff is completely unprofessional and very rude. I went back to the Westport Ave location to dispute charges on my credit card- the manager just walked away....
