In my coaching practice, I specialize in helping clients navigate the steps to a successful career transition/change or to make a shift from a employee position to becoming an entrepreneur and starting a business. As a former CEO of a large staffing firm in New York and life long entrepreneur myself, I have used my 30 years of business experience to develop my Empowered Pivots one-on-one coaching program. This customizable program takes the guess work out of the important steps that are needed in order to make a successful career transition. The desired outcome is to assist clients with their commitment to change their work so that it is more in alignment with their purpose and passions.
