Empowered Aerial Fitness is a state of the art aerial fitness studio in Stamford, Connecticut offering a full range of aerial classes to adults 18 and up. We offer a full range from first time to advanced students in pole fitness and dance, lyra (aerial hoop), aerial hammock and yoga, and a wide range of air and land based dance, conditioning, and flexibility classes.
