This historical building is the Hartford Elks BPO Lodge 19 and has been told it's haunted. The building is very well kept up. Has a wonderful parking garage on site that is free for members. You...

Family member had an event there. No air condition on 2nd floor. Not sure if it was the owner but my interaction with the person selling drinks was not pleasant at all I found her to be very rude.

I walk by this place all of the time and never really notice it, for some reason. We decided to have our office holiday party here last week and I was really impressed with how nice it is inside....
