About Crest Mechanical Crest was founded in 1964 as Crest Plumbing & Heating Co by Silvio Breglio, a dedicated and hard working plumbing and heating mechanic. From its modest beginning in Rocky Hill, CT with four employees servicing Hartford County, the business grew and was relocated to Hartford some twenty years later.
