Walked in around 2:40 pm to order a large French roast. Rep told me that it was not "warm". Wth? He admitted that they make a batch in the morning and just "leave it" and if they have orders...

The donuts are overpriced and use about the same level of care in making them as a quick ninja attack. Those that have filling, have very little of it and you're often left eating a cakey, dry...

Quick friendly service. This location is on the small side and in a strip center so parking is limited and there are only 5 tables. They have outlets with USB ports at some but not all tables....

Employees are unfriendly. Donuts are now smaller for some reason along with never really being fresh. Hot chocolate was watery and tasted of old coffee a little. Napkins run out and aren't...
