Very rarely do I give 1 star. I used to be a big Dunkin fan. Friends would say Donut Delight is better, and i would vigorously support DD. I still will go the the Fairfield DD, but NEVER again...

they're very understaffed and therefore so slow in getting orders out. This also causes them to forget orders and things like that which is normal when there aren't enough workers! Awful dunkin.

I just had a terrible service experience at Dunkin Donuts. The cashier and server both were rude and didn't listen to customers' requests properly.
