If there was a 0 star I would put it. This was a horrible Dunkin. I ordered a frozen coffee and they just gave me a regular coffee which was totally liquid not frozen at all!!!

The food is good as it is at most Dunkin' Donuts. The issue with this one in particular is that I just can't trust that they will remember to get the order correct or to put everything I have...

They are pretty good at screwing up orders here. Employees are hit and miss - I've gotten a couple really friendly ones, and others just plain miserable. One woman didn't say one single word to me...

Simple drive up order, one coffee. Girl taking order, "Pull up" in a rude voice. Get to the window, looks at me, hands me the coffee and just says "here". What the hell happened to customer...
