About Mandeep S. Dhami, MD Dr. Dhami received his undergraduate degree from Panjab University and received his medical degree from Dayanand Medical College and Hospital in India. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Prince George’s Hospital Center in Cheverly, Maryland and completed a fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington, CT. Dr. Dhami is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Connecticut Health Center, where his primary responsibility is teaching fellows and residents at the hematology/oncology clinic. He is also an Affiliate Member at the Yale Cancer Center, Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven.

About Vanessa Johnson, MD Dr. Vanessa Johnson completed her medical training at Cornell University Medical College in 1995 and received her Master of Public Health degree from Columbia University School of Public Health the following year. She did her general medicine residency at Rhode Island Hospital/ Brown Medical School and remained there for a hematology/ oncology fellowship. She is board certified in several specialties, including internal medicine, hematology, oncology, and hospice and palliative medicine. Dr. Johnson is highly regarded in the medical community. She served as a staff physician at Oncology & Hematology Associates, P.C. for ten years, and worked at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Waterford, Connecticut.

About Pouyan Nick Changizzadeh, MD Dr. Changizzadeh completed his undergraduate training at the University of California in Santa Cruz, CA where he majored in molecular, cell, and developmental biology. He went on to complete two post-baccalaureate programs, one in microbiology and one in physiology. He attended the Ross University School of Medicine in the West Indies and then returned to the United States to complete an Internal Medicine Residency at United Health Services at the Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, NY. In 2019, he completed his Hematology/ Oncology Fellowship at Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence, RI.
