Update: they seemed to have worked through their past scheduling problems and are a pleasure to deal with. Staff couldn't be nicer and my tree is still alive!!

Nice people, but overpriced and flakey. After quoting 500-600 for a tree removal and telling me they'd get me a quote a few days later, it hadn't arrived the following Friday - 8 days later....

We needed a very tall pine tree removed. It was against a fence and next to a tool shed. The terrific crew of four removed it by hand and never did a branch touch the fence or shed. They finished...
