Dabko Industries, a subsidiary of RGD Technologies, offers screw-machining services. The facility features approximately 80 multi-spindle, 100 single spindle and 27 Swiss cam and CNC machines. When required, Dabko has a full secondary department equipped to add whatever features are need to a specific part. A parts storage area is also available to handle requirements for Kanban, Dock-to-Stock, JIT and Blanket Release contracts. Quality control is a key element in the company s manufacturing and state of the art inspection equipment and well-trained personnel guarantee that critical part features will be held to the required tolerance and SPC range.
