It's no longer there. Walked there and it's all boarded up. There's literally nothing downtown Hartford anymore. Just wanted to purchase bottles of water and some snacks and couldn't find anything.

Basic CVS , the annoying part it's not open on weekends, it has clinic and vaccinations place, it close a bit early even though it's located in Hartford downtown.
