Excellent butcher. I highly recommend this establishment. Excellent meat. I drive out of my way a town over to get my meat from here even when I'm already at Whole Foods. It's worth it.

Went to pick up a pre ordered 4 pound beef bone in order that I requested that somehow turned into a 6 pound order the day of that came to 285 dollars! Cooked same day low and slow after seasoning...
