History
Our journey from Fleur de Lis Dance Academy to Connecticut Theater Dance! CTD began as Fleur de Lis Dance Academy, offering specially developed dance classes for very young dancers. FDL was created for bitty ballerinas to enjoy all things frilly and magical, while still learning proper ballet technique. As our dancers advanced, CT Theater Ballet was created to provide pre-professional ballet training and a ballet company for young dancers. Recently, Connecticut Theater Dance was founded to offer pre professional training in all genres of dance as well as an award-winning competition team.
