Connecticut State Marshals (formerly known as Sheriffs) and Constables are the only officials authorized by law to serve civil process in Connecticut. I am both a State Marshal and a Wethersfield Town Constable. I am also a member of the CT State Marshal Capias Warrant Arrest Unit. I am fully licensed, bonded and insured.
