I have been practicing massage therapy and craniosacral therapy for more than 10 years. I am very passionate about how the body works and the connection between the physical and emotional aspects of ourselves. With advanced training in craniosacral therapy, and years of practical experience, I act as facilitator to your body's innate ability to heal itself by offering a gentle approach, specific CST techniques, an open mind and a safe, healing space. I have dedicated my heart and hands to CST and am committed to furthering my training and practice for years to come.
