Love love love this library! It is great for kids and grown ups alike. The kids section is downstairs and the grownups section is upstairs so it is very peaceful and quite in the upstair section....

I. Objectives of the Library The Cora J. Belden Library provides free library service on an equal basis to all residents of Rocky Hill and to all other constituents of the region and state whom it is by law or contract bound to serve. The Library supports intellectual freedom and has adopted the following statements as policy: The American Library Association's Library Bill of Rights, The American Library Association's Freedom to Read Statement, and The Freedom to View Statement of the American Film and Video Association.
