Founded in 1911, Connecticut College specializes in interdisciplinary studies, international programs, funded internships, faculty-student research and service learning programs. The college has an enrollment of more than 1,900 students from 42 states in the United States, and over 40 countries worldwide. Its more than 750-acre campus overlooking the Long Island Sound and Thames River in Connecticut is managed as an arboretum. Connecticut College offers more than 1,000 courses in over 25 academic departments and interdisciplinary programs, including majors in biology, English, government, international relations and psychology. This is one of the most expensive schools in Connecticut for no reason. The food gives people diseases, the registration process is horrible, and the social life is terrible. Campus security...

Not worth the price at all. Mediocre facilities at best. Poorly maintained online resources for students and inconsistent service when it comes to things like wifi, hot water, decent food, etc....

I am only rating the facilities - I came here for a summer program not long ago. It is a picturesque, beautiful old campus. The dorms are ancient, the rooms look like they have not been touched...
