This bank allowed a criminal to open a credit card account in my name without proper verification. Once I found out my credit score had DROPPED 191 POINTS from Experian due to this, I contacted...

Simply horrible! This bank employs employees to have you do their job! Drive through banking is no longer offered, foreign call centers, fraud department is useless, as is their customer service....
