The Northeast CT Economic Alliance, Inc is a 501 ( c ) ( 3 ) non-profit organization that provides loans and business development resources to both existing and start-up manufacturing and service companies in northeastern Connecticut that are seeking to expand, diversify, retain business or improve operations.
