History

Bill started at the coffee shoppe when he was 16. At that time Uniroyal was still in town and the place was open 24 hours a day to feed the shifts at the factory across the street where Keds sneakers were made. In case you wondered, that's how he learned to be so quick. In 1978 he bought the place and has been a part of Naugatuck culture ever since. While a lot has changed in town over the past 40 years, Burnsies has been one of the constants in town that people can rely upon to get good food fast and reasonably.

Specialties

Good food fast at the best possible prices. We're not a fancy place but we'll always do our best to make your order just the way you want it. Our mammoth muffins are awesome plain or grilled, our omelettes are messy and not pretty but sure are delicious and our burgers are fresh pressed to each order. If you want something you don't see on the menu, just ask and we'll do what we can for you. Our famous Billy Burger is always worth a try and now we're open for lunch during the week so after 12 you can get it with fries!
