Brooklyn Baking Company has been a Waterbury landmark for over 100 years. We are famous in Waterbury for our soft and delicious donuts. Many people remember going in the back door and getting a donut from the bakers when they were a child. We are also well known for our Lithuanian Rye Bread especially among European communities throughout Connecticut.
