I ordered a sandwich for takeout, a Panini. It says all of the Panini's are on warm pressed focaccia. My Panini was on a roll and it was very soggy. Too bad.

Waited 40 minutes for 5 sandwiches. At the 40 minute mark, they had only made 3 of our sandwiches so we took them and didn't wait for the last 2. No apologies or excuses from the staff. Just rude....
