Noujaim Tools

Incorporated in 1985, Noujaim Tool is a minority owned, family-owned and operated machine shop equipped with state-of-the-art machinery including automated CNC centers and a Master Cam system. This system enables us to interface with our customers via the Internet, allowing for almost-instant access. We have numerous milling machines, grinding, honing, WIRE EDM, Conventional EDM, Jig Grinding, OD/ID grinding and various processes which make us competitive and responsive to the needs of our customers. We service the eyelet, aircraft, automotive, medical, photo processing, and robotics industries, among others. Therefore, we possess the capabilities to produce a variety of products such as fixtures, production work, and tools. Currently, we employ 28 skilled people, the best in the industry. In July, 2004, we acquired the assets of McCallum Die Company, a manufacturer of carbide tools and dies for the metal-forming industry. This includes eyelet, metal-stamping, deep draw, powder metal, and nail manufacturing industries. McCallum enjoyed a reputation synonymous with quality. Its products and services compliment those of the services of Noujaim Tool Company. By acquiring McCallum, we became a one stop resource for our customers. Everyone who was employed by McCallum was offered an opportunity to join our growing company, and due to the addition of 11 employees, it became necessary for Noujaim Tool Company to relocate to a larger "Home". Therefore, we purchased a 14, 000 square foot building in the enterprise zone in our hometown of Waterbury, Connecticut. Our new building was remodeled extensively with an expanded power source, new roof and floors, air conditioning and heating, burglar and smoke alarm systems, as well as lighting and a brazing room. Noujaim Tool Company completed the move to our new facility on October 1, 2004. Here we operate as one company under one roof. We will be pleased to quote your prints, and we look forward to doing business with you soon!
