The Beulah Heights Social Integration Program (BHSIP) is a nontraditional faith-based initiative based in New Haven, CT, dedicated to providing supportive wraparound services and resources for chronically homeless ex-offenders in the Greater New Haven area. Since its inception in November 2007, BHSIP has assisted over 42,000 individuals in transitioning successfully back into the community.
