Love this Bed Bath & Beyond. Granted, they basically all look (and smell....what is that initial scent you are first hit with upon entering? Could you guys bottle it up and sell it as a room...

this is in regards to their new online platform.. zero customer service 10000% rudeness, texting over seas no way to email or call.. 2 chairs in assembled ( were supposed to be assembled ) came...

Zac is the man. He is an expert at handling customer service. I had a crazy experience at the store but he totally stepped up and was impressive. Others should follow his customer service model....
