Always one teller... 8 people in line which translates to a 25min wait inline. They have matched the CT DMV. In poor wait times and service. Can't wait to switch banks....

I will not bank with BOA for several reasons. I do use their ATM in Avon CT since they are the only ones I can use with my NYC debit (different bank) and not pay a fee. Otherwise no thanks!
